here are some tips for better eating
wather is more important for any kind if diet, or fast..
it helps to lose weight... it cleans metabolisam, body, and it have 0 cals! cold wather burns many cal.. drink wather every hour and it makes you full..
if you can´t without food, chue it!! if you are chuing 30-60 times youre going to eat less food, and the food that you had chue will not get on your hips..
eat a lot of vegetables, and fruits, it have 20-50 cals..
if you can eat separated.. dont eat rise with chicken, or potato with fish or meat...
if you arent on fast (only wather all day) you must eat breakfast - most 1 hour after waking up - because it wakes up your metabolisam...
try to eat every day at the same time.. if your body knows when it´s going to have some food, it will not "save something" - but that saved food only goes on hips!!
coffie makes us full.. clean coffie has 2 cals.. so if you can - drink without sugar and milk..
green tea is the same as coffie
do not eat right before sleep - the food goes faster trough body when you are awake
if you are going full sleep, you`r going to wake up hungry!
